So because they put in bad parts which didn’t allow them to be tracked I cant find the headphones

Noise Cancellation

I had to return them and the process was really smooth. I am now waiting for new ones to arrive and will update then.

Refurbished Crap

Broke after 19 months

Brought into Apple Store and the only option is to send into repair and would cost $300 ($150 per ear). Genius Bar guy said this is a common issue for these. Considering they cost almost $500 this is beyond sad.
