love them no scratch’s sounds amazing came with everything , don’t have the original black case because I lost it but now i have a yellow one

Upon opening the box, I was a bit disappointed to see many scuff marks on the headphone case, yellowing headband, and dirty earcups, which were also on the wrong sides of the headphones. This honestly feels like when your older sibling gets a new device and they give you their old one as a hand me down. In terms of cosmetic defects. There weren’t really any more on the actual headphones. I had also gotten a pop-up saying that there was another Apple ID connected to the headphones so clearly they weren’t factory reset. You can also tell they weren’t cleaned, and I actually had to clean them myself, but for the price I got them at they really aren’t bad. There are sometimes where the headphones won’t detect my phone and I have to connect them through the control center which can be annoying, but it isn’t the end of the world. Despite all those negatives, the headphones genuinely sound great, and they feel as premium as ever.

Full disclosure, I own almost everything Apple makes. So it only made sense for me to give these a try despite all their shortcomings. First and immediate impression was that they are uncomfortable. It felt like I had a barbell on top of my head. Sound was good but not earth shattering. Their best feature is the crown/dial functionality. I returned them after two days and went on a Headphone finding mission. Tried out the popular five.... Returned the Sony's, and the Sennheiser's. Kept the Bose Ultra's for their lightweight design. They sound like you are listening within the confines of a recording studio. I Kept the Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2e because they sound and, in blue look absolutely awesome. If you're on a budget wait for a sale and get these for around $249. You will not regret it!!!! I also kept the Focal Bathy's because their wired DAC, and wireless sound are absolutely phenomenal. Their downside is they're a bit big, pricey and otherwise blingy. Need a final decision go with Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S2e over these AirPods Max headphones. Oops one last note the functionality of all three of these headphones work great.

So far so good! I saw some really bad reviews AFTER I purchased but before I received so I was little worried but they look and work great. It was definitely a more affordable option which I appreciate.

This is the best purchase I've ever made from BestBuy! The headphones looked new and never used. The quality of the sound is awesome and noise cancellation is great. I S Would suggest getting one of those protection covers to prevent scratches.

I waited for these!!! Didn't want to pay full retail and the black Friday discount wasn't that great. So sure enough as I anticipated folks who got them for Christmas that did not like them would be bringing back NEW headphones and thise will be discounted heavily. These were in the original package NOT 1 cosmetic flaw and were not attached to an iCloud account. Charged them turned them on and the headphones did the rest. Cinnected to my phone and iCloud account. Always remember 1 week after the extended return deadline for gidts ends come back and check out the geek squad refurbished for rhe DEALS.

I tried a pair of these at the store and was extremely impressed. I’ve owned at least 3 different high end brands and these were by far the best. The sound quality and noise cancelling capabilities are much better than the competitor’s. Connectivity is also extremely easy! These were priced just right and I received an almost brand new pair with the exception of a lightly discolored lightning cable.

Real nice for a refurbished Noise cancellation is better on the pro tbh but yea it’s good and I love it Transparency mode is perfect too Came with a charger and instructions too

Reliable sound! And easy to clean the ear muffs. Would definitely recommend.

My light blue AirPods Max arrived today. Zero scratches, clean as a whistle, sound is fantastic and zero connectivity issues! The AirPods Max are definitely worth getting and I would highly recommend them to friends and family!! Mine were over $200 less than buying new! It even came in the original box and the manufacturer warranty still has 5 months time left on it!!

A bit anxious ordered the headphones for a steal. Ordered mine for half off new. Received item in two days. Came in Original box, instructions and new cable included. The headphones appeared brand new with new ear coverings. Appeared brand new. Would recommend. Include a picture so you can see what i received and condition.

I got this AirPods used expecting some scratches but no, when I got them I was surprised to see that they look new and the box was in perfect condition. The delivery was good too because the box is too big to fit on the mail box but the delivery hid it so no one could steal it and I’m thankful for that. It also arrived earlier then what I was told. I’ve been using them non stop for a month and I have not had any issues. There is no reason it should get lower than 5 stars

Came in excellent condition. They are still working well a year later! Only problem I have is connecting it to my phone sometimes.

The headphones are exactly what I’ve expected,and wanted. Great quality they look brand new. I wouldn’t have wanted to buy them from no other place. The packaging also was great and safe for the headphones.

I was hesitant at first buying this refurbished product. But when I received and tried it, it was amazing. The sound is perfect, the quality of the noise cancelling is the one I was looking for. It cancels the noise completely which is the best when I am doing my work when I want to focus and you can feel the music/ sounds that you are listening to. I will definitely buy another one since my daughter loves it too when she saw it and was asking for her own.

I rate this 100 stars its the best it locks all the sounds out and the misuc in its an amazing thing i have always wanted to find for a lk g time and im glad i finally found it now when my kids are making loud noises and screaming i just put those on and i relax woth my music
