This probably has been the best $400 I’ve spent all year! I went on vacation to Spain and used them on the flight and didn’t hear a thing!! They are amazing!!!

Good headphones, but not really justified price with all the competitors. The sound quality is suberb and definitely will do great, but the features compared to the XM5s and Boses, just dosen't compete. I hope they make a v2 for the heaphones with more features.

Always wanted these and Best Buy offered a great deal on these and I’m very happy with them for sound and quality. This was truly a Best Buy.

All I’m going to say, amazing quality all around! So nice I was a little afraid to use them. But the quality was too good not to.

I had some initial hurdles with this, but the AirPods max are one of the best headphones on the market right now. Beautiful sound quality and very efficient noise cancellation. The adaptive audio mode is excellent.

I was a bit hesitant buying the refurbished pair instead of the regular ones but the price was a big consideration when it came to picking one. Im SO glad i went with the refurbished because they are in practically brand-new condition AND were cheaper!

The head phones work well and a good quality durable excellent sound and I use them to work out while I’m in the gym.

For 2/3 cost of the price, everything was in brand new condition. On top of that, it came with a nice return/warranty time frame. I would definitely buy another Certified Refurbished product from Best Buy in the future.

They are very good and got here fast and they where not so expensive.

I have had these for nearly a month at this point and I am very happy with my purchase. I use them pretty much all day, every day, and I love them. My only gripe is that they are very expensive compared to competitor products.

The noise cancellation on these headphones is OUT of this world. The best headphones i’ve ever owned. cant leave the house without them.

Bought these for my daughter for Xmas . The pink color was $100 cheaper , guessing because of the color . My daughter loves them . Great quality and sound proof ! She uses them at volleyball tournaments in between games

Great quality overall! Had to get used to headphones not blasting in my ears but the sound is very soothing quality. Noise cancellation is a beast on Airplane rides! I don’t hear anyone around me. Just my music or entertainment.

The headphones are amazing. I had a pair of Beats Wireless Studio headphones before switching to the Apple AirPod Max. The difference is night and day. From the sound to the detail when you take the headphones off. I won’t buy another set of headphones going forward.

Gave these as a gift to my wife and she is overjoyed with the quality if rhe sounds. Great low-end (Bass) and rhe fit. These are the best fitting over ear head phones shes ever owned. Another Home Run Apple !

Noise cancelling works well but has that "suction" effect to the max. The overall wireless experience is reliable and the audio quality does not suffer over a Bluetooth connection. I got best deal with Best Buy. Absolutely love it.
