    Purchased these, and the headphones were like now when I received them. The box was a little beat up, but meh who cares. Upon investigation, I confirmed that I had right at a year of warranty remaining and Apple gave me the option of purchasing Apple+, which I did. Now I have 2 years of carefree ownership, all for less than a new pair. I had purchased a pair of beats before this, and will say the Airpod Max accommodates my big heard better. The sound isolation is much better as well.
