Bad noise control

KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY!!

The headphones were still paired to someone else’s Apple ID. I contacted Apple directly and they confirmed that there was no way for them or Best Buy to unpair the item, that has to be done by the original owner. They also verified that the original owner could see and track the location of the item under their Find My app. For this reason, such Apple products should not be re-sold as it is against Apple’s and I’m sure Best Buy’s privacy policy. I was uncomfortable knowing someone could track my location, so I returned them immediately!

Refurbished Not Great for Gifting

Refurbished Crap

It's very thin - there's basically no bass at all. There isn't a good way to customize the EQ either: Apple's built in EQ customizer on iOS doesn't persist those settings on your headphones when using it with other devices, and the tuning options are very limited. Even bass boost doesn't add much bass
