Best Buy sold me a pair of air pods max without ensuring the previous owner removed the device from their apple ID. Now the previous owner can see my current location at all times & my apple account is constantly notifying me of this. They are refusing to extend the warranty as im out of country and returning after the return date. Do not trust best buy with refurbished products

My wife: “Why are these so expensive” ?? Me: “Just because their Apple.” The B&O and Bowers & Wilkens have better sound for this price you may as well go full audiophile quality!

Its farustrating, why best buy sell this kind of damged product; sound is good. But no one can listen my voice

Started having issues with the right pod shorting out. No audio or connection. Majority of time no issues, but not worth the price. Returned and purchased new.

sound, apple interface, and quality were all right there - but the comfort, while wearing glasses, make them a hard no for the money

Great condition. Sound in the right ear became intermittent until it just stopped. Had to return due to that.

Item was mailed to the store after waiting about seven days upon arriving I took delivery. I have turning on item. I got a defect message and took it to the Apple Store immediately. They wanted to send it off for me to wait an additional week and a half to find out what was wrong with it. I decided to purchase a new headset. I was very disappointed.

Item was not in good condition. Also the active noise cancellation was not working at all.

Stop charging and even having the My best buy total they wouldn’t cover it don’t buy refurbished

For a “refurbished” pair, Best Buy sure did not think to check if the airpods were even usable before selling them. They sold me a pair that was linked to another person’s icloud which means I can not properly even use them, and then were extremely unhelpful when contacting support.

Don’t buy these. Mine wouldn’t charge or pair to my phone. Tons of complaints about GeekSquad refurbished products. Better to go with Apple Refurbished only. Best Buy wasted my time. Now I need to return these.

The head phones were great , unfortunately buying them refurbished was a bust ! Under 8 months they died . Only 90 days covered. That’s awful for the customer.

These are just to show people you got money.. other than that they are super mid headphones.

The set I received had not been properly refurbished and was still locked to an existing Apple account. After I returned them, the second set I received was great and a good value.

it was ok. I bought a refurbished one, like new. Battery life is awful.

Head phones stop working after a week……………………………….

I bought a pair of AirPods Max that were geek squad certified and they didn’t work…. I guess the certification doesn’t mean anything

When I first connected the headphones, it says its still connected to someone’s icloud and they would be able to see my location. No thanks, I will be returning.

They didn’t charge over 1% had to return. Tried five different charges, nothing worked. Didn’t get to experience headphones at all.

The AirPods were still connected to the precise owners AppleID. Thought I was getting refurbished AirPod Max’s but it came in a cardboard box without the original Apple box… just wrapped in bubble wrap.
