Tons of complaints about GeekSquad refurbished products. Better to go with Apple Refurbished only. Best Buy wasted my time. Now I need to return these.

Refurbished bust

iCloud locked, avoid at all costs

They sold me a pair that was linked to another person’s icloud which means I can not properly even use them, and then were extremely unhelpful when contacting support.

Improper refurbishing

After I returned them, the second set I received was great and a good value.

Thought I was getting refurbished AirPod Max’s but it came in a cardboard box without the original Apple box… just wrapped in bubble wrap.

Would think they’d be unpaired since they were refurbished.
