I didn’t receive them so I wouldn’t know if they work good or not

Headphones came defective, I was told a store can exchange them, but the store wanted me to pay $200 to exchange them. Completely ridiculous,

Quit working after 4 months. Can not return. Do not buy refurbished products from best buy.

They sold me a product that does not work correctly, they do not work while you are on a call

mine came broken and still logged on to previous owners icloud, but i still want the headphones i will exchange them.

They shouldn’t sell items like this. It does not sound good and it’s not good. And even smell bad.

so im 3 weeks into using this and all i can say is this is amazing!! sound quality is so good, battery life lasts for like 21 hours! and most importantly, it doesn’t hurt my ears but as we all know it a bit too expensive! so can we really say it’s ever worth it ?

These headphones are amazing! When they first came in the package(exterior) was a tad dirty but the inside(most important) was extremely cleaned and packaged with care. They connected to my phone just like my boyfriend’s AirPod max’s which were from the Apple Store. 10/10 recommend for being functional and you save a lot of money

I have had these refurbished airpods for a month now and so far they are wonderful. The noise cancellation is great. I travel a lot so having that feature for a plan ride is very beneficial. I always buy best buy refurbished products because they have never steered me wrong!

Great sound quality and battery life. Connecting to apple devices is super easy. Starts to hurt your ears after a few hours but that's kind of expected. It takes longer for my ears to hurt with these than with my Sony WH1000XM4 headphones
