Nothing missing at all. I couldn’t be happier that I didn’t pass up this deal bc of the bad reviews. The box looked like crap but the product itself was excellent.

She previously had regular AirPods. She is very happy with this product. The noise cancellation is amazing and sound quality is great. The battery is long lasting just as advertised.

But, I love them. They were refurbished and I still can’t find anything wrong with them. The battery has improved and I get more talk time and the Audio is much better.

The battery last and recharges fast. I even wear these with no music just for the noise cancelation lol. Ordering process was easy and delivered to me asap!
