The first pair that was sent to me was still connected to the original user. So after two trip into the store and an hour on customer service, I received the new refurbished pair.

Love my AirPods Pro

My husband on the other hand don’t like them, he says he is talking to me but I don’t hear him…. Lol.

Would recommend them to anyone. Had an issue with shipping but I opened a chat with a Best Buy rep, and another pair shipped out the next day.

I had 2 different type of airpods and both broke in less than two years of ownership. It seems to alwasy be the left airpod that goes bad.

However they fit fine. Hopefully medium were removed by BestBuy for hygienic reasons due to return. No scratches no wear, great sound quality.
