I love these AirPods!! Coming from the AirPods 2 I really think it was worth the upgrade. My favorite part is the head tracked spacial audio

For refurbished air pods, sound quality is great and noise cancellation all funtion well.

Sound is great, noise cancellation is great. The reason for 3 stars is that they won’t stay in my ears. Fall out all the time. Only have two sizes of rubber and neither work. A lot of money for them, should offer more sizes

AirPods work perfect. I have heard that refurbished items work better because they are fully inspected by a technician and it paid off. Work like new with a cheaper price.

I travel a few times a month and was looking for a good set of ear buds with solid sound quality and noise reduction. The AirPods Pro fit the bill and work perfectly.

the box itself is a bit tattered, tapped up. everything looked fine, came with all the accessories. but a closer look at the airpod case itself you can see knicks and scratches on the surface. which i know some ppl dont mind, its a bit dissapointing for me but its the price i paid for.

These stay in my ears better than any I have had. They block outside noise. Wonderful for listening to podcast and music. I even fall asleep and they stay in my ears.

I bought these back in December for my girlfriend and her mom my girlfriend is starting to have problems with one of the AirPods and it won’t connect or charge for very long

Excellent piece of technology, when I’m listening music takes me to the different place.

Missing medium size gummies and the right air pod is defective. It dies significantly faster than the left. Very disappointed. I expected more from a Best Buy “geek squad certified refurbished product”

Great purchase. They work fantastically. I needed a more financially friendly version than brand spanking new ones and these open-box were just what I needed!

They didn’t last more than 9 months. Was hoping for more than that with the cost but I guess that’s what happens with refurbished??

These AirPods were great down from the quality to the battery to the sound they were perfect , and gave me no problems .

Great Open Box product. Although it could’ve needed for the previous owner to take off location of the Apple product everything works just like new
