Recently the best way to talk, infinites are always the best way for talking

I had these headphones for 3 weeks and the left headphone stopped working. Very conveniently AFTER the return period so Best Buy would not accept back. I bought the Pros thinking the battery life would be better than the regular AirPods but there is no discernible difference. The best part about these headphones is the noise cancelling feature. That part was great but with all the issues and fast-dying batteries, buying these was a waste of time and money.

Amazing voice clarity and sound quality. Pairing is simple and lightning quick. Dont hesitate to get the refurbished model!

Good quality and no signs of wear or tear… had them for a few months now so I’m sure they’ll be fine long term as well.

Bought these fro my son and he loves them, the only thing is the ear piece falling out if your moving your head way too much like playing sports or doing awkward movements where your head might be tilted over from side to side.

WOW Spend few dollars more for the best. I have bought and used other brands of earplugs, none compare with AirPods Perfect 10

Sooo disappointed! I really needed these earbuds but Geeksquad let me down! Is anyone actually checking these things or just throwing them in a box & shipping them out?! I had 3 major issues with these “refurbished” buds. One, they were linked to someone else’s account & could not be unlinked by anyone but the original owner. So… the old owner can click on “Find my Earpods” on their personal phone & get directions right to my house or wherever I am! Totally unsafe & I would like my buds linked to MY account, thank you. Issue Two, I charged them all night… twice! One of the earbuds would charge then, within a couple of minutes (less than 5 minutes), it would drop down to 20%. It would NOT hold a charge at all. Issue #3. It came without all the ear tips. Only the large & small ear tips were in the package. No box, no nothing… just the ear pods case, the earbuds & a charger thrown in a box with bubble wrap around it. (This, I would have dealt with fine & still given a decent review, but considering the other TWO MAJOR issues & the fact that one ear bud was completely defective, I could not). I promptly returned these for a refund. Got a shipping label, if I have any issues with my refund, I will be back here to update this review considering I had them for less than 3 days & should get a full refund per the Geeksquad guarantee. I considered an exchange, but after reading other reviews, I will likely get another set with similar issues, so I will buy somewhere else or buy new.

Really love using these AirPods. I can enjoy listening to my favorite music & answer calls with them on.

The product itself seems to function as expected. No problems with how they work. My issue is with looks as described for a Best Buy refurb. The refurb product description contains the phrase “may have minor scratches.” This is definitely a subjective description. The case I received had more than what I would consider minor scratches. Also the medium ear pieces were missing which, per the product description, should have been included. Probably won’t buy Best Buy refurbished again.

Would recommend buying refurbished. Love the noise cancelling!
