Good, I like, As you can see it comes out of the ear and it bothers me a little.

Often lose connection regardless of phone which they are connected to.

It was ok sometimes the ear pods have a little static in them

Refurbished AirPods Pro were in a scratched up case and they won’t stay on . The left one goes out and then less than a minute later the right one goes out. Also the three free apple codes for tv, news+ and music were expired and Best Buy could not provide me with valid redeemable codes when I called customer service and they advised me to call apple.

Considerably different than the first model. I like them but they feel weird going in your ear

My roght earbud would constantly disconnect, they were still linked to someone else’s account so my location is now shared to whoever that is and they were missing the medium size cushions. Im returning them to try another but if there’s anything wrong again ill just be grtting them new.

They didn't work right from the box, They got sent to get fixed and once again they don't work. I ordered them at the end of September. It's November now. I should have just bought new ones or returned them right away but they got sent to get fixed, So I couldn't. When the case is closed they just disconnect and the left one doesn't work at all. The right one does but in order to update the airpods you have to have both in the case with the case closed and plugged in. I can't do that because it disconnects. Once again I have to get them repaired or just throw them away, It's been about a month

did not come with all the accessories in the box. miss peices.

Case doesn’t hold a long charge. Earbuds are comfortable

If they were capable of noise cancelling the ringing in ears, they'd be perfect.

It’s sucks that you can’t link them to find my app. But still good for the price

Really good! Only thing is the last owner could see my location. I just disabled it

These Airpod Pro are just awesome. Enjoy using them while at work and on the road. Like the fact that one does not need to plug a chord to charge it.

Sound is great, I could not wear the original AirPods, so glad they make them with the earbuds, the small are perfect for my small ear canals

Does not stay connected to phone Doesn’t stay connect if you walk more than 5 feet away I’m not sure if that’s because it’s a refurbished product or if that’s apple. Concerned about purchasing a brand new pair

Airpod case stopped charging AirPods after a month . Not worth the money . Sound in AirPods was in and out & also muffled . Static sound came through AirPods at random times & had many issues with connecting AirPods to my phone . Attempted to return AirPods & they wouldn’t issue a refund or replacement charging case . Was under the impression I had a warranty as stated in my settings on my iPhone however when going back to bestbuy they informed me the warranty had “expired” and could no longer be honored .

I accidentally threw away my airpods over a year ago. After trying several other headphones none compared to the AirPods. I decided to go with the refurbished pair from Best Buy. They worked perfectly! Would purchase again!

Bought this for my daughter to replace the one she lost. The refurbished unit was great and worked just like the new one, including all the different ear piece sizes. No sense buying new when refurbished worked just like new.

My review would be 5 stars except that I continue to get the notice that “these AirPods can be seen by the owner”. I called Geek Squad and they couldn’t help me. I mean, come on, Best Buy. Find this out BEFORE you sell them! Also, owners, just remove them from your Apple ID. Sheesh!
