I accidentally threw away my airpods over a year ago. After trying several other headphones none compared to the AirPods. I decided to go with the refurbished pair from Best Buy. They worked perfectly! Would purchase again!

Bought this for my daughter to replace the one she lost. The refurbished unit was great and worked just like the new one, including all the different ear piece sizes. No sense buying new when refurbished worked just like new.

My review would be 5 stars except that I continue to get the notice that “these AirPods can be seen by the owner”. I called Geek Squad and they couldn’t help me. I mean, come on, Best Buy. Find this out BEFORE you sell them! Also, owners, just remove them from your Apple ID. Sheesh!

I would recommend that you buy if you bought new AirPods and lost them and need something to get by. (WARNING!!!!! there is a chance that your air pods will work for a little bit and lose functionality in some places. I can no longer use noise control)

i just got my package delivered and the airpods dont even work, they wont connect to my iphone and they wont even show up in my settings so now i have to replace them

I have been using Jabra earbuds and satisfied the quality. However it doesn’t fit to my ear and it was hard for me to do running waring it. Apple EarPods are quite different. Now I enjoy running with them.

I have not had them long. I bought refurbished instead of new. The top doesn’t stay shut and the magnet is not strong. The case opened up they fell out day two. I have now lost the right one. Just to save a few dollars it was not worth it.

The air pods are a very good product would rate ten 4.5/5 especially if you have the apple environment. I purchased the refurbished ones and have already had to contact support about them.

Looks brand new, they work fantastic. Great pricing option for those. I want to save some money.

The extra earbuds were in the box but the earbuds that are supposed to come attached to them were missing and the charging case cannot charge without the case being kept open.

It works perfectly fine, which is great and saves me some bucks. It came with a regular charger though, not magsafe charging case. But fine. As long as it’s working, then I’m happy!

Great headphones, got them for my fiancé to replace her corded buds. They have served her extremely well on a full workout regimen.

The ear buds were great until the left one stopped charging. I reset the charging box, but the problem happened again.I have one day left in my return window. Whew.

My wife has wanted something that didn't cost a small fortune. These were the perfect solution. She loves them, and I greatly appreciate Best Buy.

Was an open box item and had to be returned. One of rage earbuds would not sound as loud as the other one.
