We purchased one set and they were not cleared by geek squad , they still had the ability for the old owner to “locate them”. They sent us another pair and they were two different sets so they wouldn’t match up as well as the extra covers were missing. Kinda weird that you say geek squad goes and resets everything when clearly that didn’t happen twice. So instead of getting the refurbished price we just needed up buying brand new ones. Such a waste of time and really not Geek Squad Certified.

Hate these so bad. Mad that I wasted my money, I honestly wish I could get a refund. If I can really say how I feel I wish Apple would go back to providing the free headphones with the wire! I honestly wouldn’t prefer those to these!

I had a bad experience with buying refurbished. The airpods didn't connect to my phone, so I returned them and paid the difference to buy new ones.

I only bought it because I have the AirPod 3 and those hurt the inside of my ears BUT the sound is amazing, the pro is such a disappointment, sound is low, and very under the AirPod 3. Sound wise, the airpod 3 is hand down the best. Too bad it hurts so much inside the ears

The touch sensors on these are super sensitive, but the quality is there.

I hope I can exchange these. they are good headphones however they don't fit in my ear. have to constantly adjust to keep them in. I have tried both the buds that come with and neither work. I've had the regular AirPods for years with no issues. I would recommend to stick with the original these are no in my opinion.

They are my son's and he hasn't complained about any aspect

They work better then expected. Music is fabulous and best feature is hearing my text messages read out loud in my ear so no more reaching for my phone to read my text messages.

I will never buy A refurbished item again. I left it too late to return these poor quality AirPods. Never again! Big mistake on my part. They only work sporadically and don’t hold a charge.

the worst. They don't link to my iphone automatically and are still registered to their previous user. Don't buy refurbished.

They go in an out can barley hear out of them sometimes.

They good sometimes they fall out of the ears tho.

They do not work properly for calls. I bought them primarily for my work calls, but the receiver can't hear what I am saying. I am sure this is a problem with this particular product or model, as I have used other Airpods and they work alright. Not recommended. Given a chance I would trade them for a better model.
