Bought them a few months a go my left side dies quick tried taking them in i was no warranty on refurbished air pods so now i have an expensive paper weight

Brought these for a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves to walk around talking on the phone on speaker, can’t wait for her to use them

I bought mine for $130 and right when I got them the sound wasn’t that great, I missed my return window because I was deal with the loss of my sister and the closed Best Buy is about 40 mins away from me. Now that a little over a month they have stopped working completely. I am hoping they can be replaced and Best Buy holds up some type of warranty without a hassle because these were still expensive. Lesson learned just pay the extra $40 and buy them brand new.

Bought these for hubby for Christmas when his basic AirPods started acting up. He loves them! The noise cancellation is his favorite.

Worked just like new ones, case and AirPods looked flawless. Only thing missing was one set of cushions but for the price I was happy!

They do not work properly for calls. I bought them primarily for my work calls, but the receiver can't hear what I am saying. I am sure this is a problem with this particular product or model, as I have used other Airpods and they work alright. Not recommended. Given a chance I would trade them for a better model.

They were broken !!! I tried for one hour to connect them and nothing! I had to drive 30 minutes to the store to return too..

This product was not able to be registered under my apple account because it’s still linked to the previous owner. Be cautious when buys refurbished from a company other than apple.

I purchased these refurbished airpods pro and I have used them a couple of times all day but it seems one looses its charge b4 the other?? Also, didn't get 3 sets of ear adapters only 2 the ones on and 1 in box instead of 3

Didn't think I would like these as much as I do, but they are great! Use them all the time. Sound quality is top notch!

One ear for a earbud works perfectly. The other felt like it was submerged in water. There was some background noise kept playing. No problem with the return, though.

Do not purchase the refurbished airpods. We've now had to return them 3 times because the charging case does not work

My right earpiece doesn’t charge anymore. I do not ever to plan to buy refurbished unit.

For a refurbished product it works great! It came in the original case and had all the parts stated.

Great product but was surprised to see the condition! Case was badly worn and silicone ear plugs missing. Definitely not refurbished… more like used I returned them and bought a new set

This is a wonderful prouduct and is very usfull. Mine did not come with the sillicome tips

It’s what you expect from a refurbished. Missing medium size but thankfully Small fit well. Someone’s ID is still on mine so I can’t track it through my phone and I can’t return it either.

They work perfectly and I love the features. You can turn the noise canceling on and off
