Missing medium size but thankfully Small fit well. Someone’s ID is still on mine so I can’t track it through my phone and I can’t return it either.

Not actually refurbished, still synced old owner

But whatever company "refurbished" them failed to reset their registration with Apple. As a result, the airpods can be tracked or adjusted by the previous owners. If they weren't actually reset properly then maybe they weren't even cleaned? Best Buy was unable to help and also out of stock for a replacement pair of refurbished units. Their only solution was to offer a return (how gracious) with no substitution available. Steer clear!!

Do not buy this refurbished product

Not refurbished. Just selling returned items.

Upon further inspection I discovered they were not even cleaned. There was a dirty figure print on the case and I could see ear wax in the buds them selves. There is nothing “certified refurbished” about these. Steer clear. I returned them paid the extra $50 for new. I should have taken pictures, but I did not not.
