Plus Best Buy wouldn’t even try to refund me or give me store credit they said it non refundable like at least replace them!!!! Or something

It is refurbished by Bestbuy and Guaranteed by GeekSquad so it is expected to function like new as it has been certified prior to being put on sale. But Bestbuy sold it without properly checking it! Very bad experience! Geeksquad has not done it's job well!
