Nice pair of headset. Though haven't used it extensively.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. So far I have only used these AirPod pros 5 times since I received them and the left earbud already stopped working! When I realized this It was already too late to return them.

I was hoping for the best when I ordered this. The box came dirty but inside looked like new. Charged them and paired easily but the right earpiece had a horrible static sound and they would not work on transparency mode. Obviously no quality control. Returned.

I had a bad experience with buying refurbished. The airpods didn't connect to my phone, so I returned them and paid the difference to buy new ones.

The cushion is missing and it didn’t come in a package

Item was defective. Tried to return and the store would not take them back. Apparently there’s a 15 day return window. If I had time to go to the store I wouldn’t buy items predominantly on line.

Item stopped working after a week. When I took back to the store to get a replacement item I was told that there was nothing that could be done to fix it

Please don’t purchase refurbished airpods, 1 month and stop working properly Best buy does not accept returns and all what they said is “is the risk when you buy something refurbished” They stole my money!

Right headphone sensor was broken and would not detect that it was in my ear so the transparency and noise cancellation modes did not work. I also only received 2 sizes of ear pieces.

I got these for my son and he loved them. Unfortunately he lost one before I had even paid for them. They worked perfectly and for a brief time he was super happy. Great value

Needed to return this as they were missing an ear fitting and still paired to the previous owners phone. Tried a refurb model because the price was so good, definitely not worth it.

The left bud doesn’t work. I use the right one at work and once it went dead, I had to use the left one. Unfortunately, it makes a loud fuzz noise that is unbearable.

These refurbished ear buds were trash. The right ear bud continuously disconnected from the audio stream. Buy new, not refurbished.

If I could a zero star I would. I got the airpods. Ofc the bat it was already dead, it took a couple minutes to charge but as it was charged up the left ear wasn’t working. I gave to apple and they fixed it up for me and I didn’t pay extra. I ended up giving to a friend cause of the experience and just got a new one directly from apple. Microphone on the AirPods was also terrible.

I really regret buying a refurbished item in this case, only one really worked. The other one had a very Scratchy sound, had to replace. Should have just purchase them new.

Best Buy sent a set of still owned AirPod Pros, Find My had not been turned off and they were being tracked. Support hasn’t returned call for hours. Every rep just transfers to some other department, not knowing what to do.

This came in knowing it was refurbished but still had ear wax inside each ear bud. Looks like they tossed them thru gravel rocks a few times then put them in the box and shipped. Worse purchase ever.

The product was missing a piece. I brought it to my local Best Buy store and they could not help me with a replacement part. Here I am without a piece. I will not buy another product from Best Buy over the web

Sound is great, I could not wear the original AirPods, so glad they make them with the earbuds, the small are perfect for my small ear canals
