The worst experience I’ve ever had with this geek squad refurbished AirPods they came with ear wax in the AirPods that was disgusting

Horible stoped working within two weeks of getting them. And they didn’t let me return them thankfully apple has a 90 day warranty

The left airpod has a ticking sound while on the phone, listening to music, actually any time that i place the pod in my ear.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift but the right AirPods will not connect at all. When she opens the case the light blinks an orange color. I’m not very happy about this purchase. I haven’t had issues with best buy products in the past and up until now have lived everything I’ve purchased. But this is by far the most disappointing purchase since I paid almost $160 for these AirPod pros.

I had a pair of these sent to me twice and both times the medium ear tips were missing. Someone needs to check that they are included with this item. incredibly frustrating.

Got them on a Friday and by Saturday the left airpod wouldn’t charge unless holding it at a very specific angle

I bought this item refurbished, but one of the airpods was not working correctly, making a clicking noise.

It came looking normal however when I turn on noise cancellation it just sounds like static and it won’t let me track it just go the extra money and buy them new

Had to return two pairs of these and ended up having to buy a new pair. Was not happy that I had to pay full price when the refurbished ones were guaranteed

came missing parts. nothing special about Geek squad certified. second refurbished product i had to bring back because it was broken or missing parts.

AirPods arrived missing a set of cushions and the magsafe charging case looked like it had ear wax down inside it. I returned them and bought a new set.

Honestly I should’ve pay the full price I didn’t like the packing all tapped also I hear a weird noise sometimes on one headphone

Skeptical about refurbished, but I have had no problems at all with these..very satisfied!

Bought Geek Squad refurbished air pod pro for my younger daughter for Christmas. She could not believe this great gift! She got home and when she paired to her phone it said not your air pods. She found out these were not new and could not use them until the original owner removed them from their iCloud account themselves otherwise they are useless. Took them back, told the clerk and all she said was “that happens”. We also bought Samsung geek squad refurbished ear pods for our older daughter and she brought them back to us yesterday dating when she connected hers it told her “Louise’s ear phones”! What the heck? Two sets from here and neither works because geek squad never did anything with these except for a new cord and new ear cushions. They could not of tested them sone the original owners never removed them from their accounts. NEVER BUY REFURBISHED ITEMS FROM BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD REFURBISHED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT REFURBISHED BUT USED! I doubt if they were sanitized from being in someone else’s ears either? What the heck? Two separate refurbished items and neither were refurbished at all

The case came incredibly scratched and used and the head buds for the airpods were missing the 'medium' size which is the most common size.

iCloud locked and location from previous user still on. Geek Squad stuff is a joke.

I bought them for the whole family because my whole family uses Apple products

Item came defective, can not use the product. Will think twice before buying a refurbished item next time. You live & you learn.

The airpods gave a very loud feedback noise when comnecting them to your ear. Unusable product will return
