AirPods are not working and in very bad conditions

Air pod pros came with no charger or silicone tips

I bought theses for a Christmas gift. The box is beat up, dirty, and has yellow tape with writing on it. I get that it’s certified refurbished, but really? Usually have better luck with Best Buy.

they keep glitching and stop working and I never got my free apple music

charging case won’t even charge, but the airpods do work.

Received the product without the medium ear cushions. Took it to the store, and the manager said certified geek squad products “could come without some pieces”. They refused to exchange them for another completed set.

I had messegages that the previous owner was tracking the headphones. This is so unsafe for the new owner. I could register to my account. Really upset that this gifts was such a headache

Overall I very pleased with these refurbished AirPods Pro. When I first connected they told me they were still tied someone else’s account and they could see my location. This was a little unsettling and annoying but I was able to perform a hard reset and get them linked to my account. Best Buy should have performed this factory reset so that they were completely ready to go for the buyer. I wouldn’t be surprised if some buyers wouldn’t even realize you can reset them and will leave them linked to someone else’s account. Other than that, the condition is pretty good and I’m happy with my purchase.

great quality, good fit for my ears . truly great headphones to enjoy people

This was a great find. They are like brand new in the box. Only difference is only had two sizes of ear pads which is fine.

My first pair and I love them! I was afraid they wouldn’t stay in my ear while working, running, etc but they stayed put!

Airpods pros are good, but the AIRPODS MAX are better! You get what you pay for but if you want longer battery life you should get the 3rd gen if you like the comfort get the MAX it's better then all of them

sometimes the left airpod lets in more noise from your surroundings especially if it’s loud or if you’re driving but other than that they’re amazing i’m using them right now

pretty good quality, i am happy with what I got. The only thing is sometimes the left airpod gets static-y when things like my hair touch it

I’m happy with the price. Overall the pods work well. It just seems that they needed to be charged a lot more even if not used.

I've always had good success with open box items so I had confidence in purchasing refurbished from Best Buy. Looks like another winner on the airpods. Like other reviewers have noted the box was filthy but what matters is the product. These are working perfectly.

Very clean and look new, no problems connecting to my phone. The case might have a few minor scratches, but you can't tell unless you're looking for it. Like others have said, they didn't come with Medium squishy ear bud part. Disappointing as you'll have to spend another $10 elsewhere to get them but overall still cheaper than buying new!

The product is in exceptional and working condition.

My left headphone Dienst charge half the time; I have to shake it around and try to put it in with 7different angles before it works (also not all the time). And sometimes it wint charge for days.
