Stopped working after 1 week....Not even activating...

AirPods are not working and in very bad conditions

I bought theses for a Christmas gift. The box is beat up, dirty, and has yellow tape with writing on it. I get that it’s certified refurbished, but really? Usually have better luck with Best Buy.

charging case won’t even charge, but the airpods do work.

I had messegages that the previous owner was tracking the headphones. This is so unsafe for the new owner. I could register to my account. Really upset that this gifts was such a headache

Overall I very pleased with these refurbished AirPods Pro. When I first connected they told me they were still tied someone else’s account and they could see my location. This was a little unsettling and annoying but I was able to perform a hard reset and get them linked to my account. Best Buy should have performed this factory reset so that they were completely ready to go for the buyer. I wouldn’t be surprised if some buyers wouldn’t even realize you can reset them and will leave them linked to someone else’s account. Other than that, the condition is pretty good and I’m happy with my purchase.

Airpods pros are good, but the AIRPODS MAX are better! You get what you pay for but if you want longer battery life you should get the 3rd gen if you like the comfort get the MAX it's better then all of them

sometimes the left airpod lets in more noise from your surroundings especially if it’s loud or if you’re driving but other than that they’re amazing i’m using them right now

pretty good quality, i am happy with what I got. The only thing is sometimes the left airpod gets static-y when things like my hair touch it

These are the second pair of Airpods that ive owned. I got the first gen when they came out, and one of them died after about year and a half. These ones were more expensive, but I wanted to give them another try because the features were intriguing to me. When I first started using them, I was super impressed. Noise cancelling was amazing! Sound quality and battery life seemed to be very good. Here comes the downside: they seem to be made with very cheap parts because I began to have an issue with the right airpod. It started giving me a high pitched squeaking sound. Definitely not pleasant to experience. This started happening 30 days after the warranty expired. For the high price, i would expect to get more out of them. They barely ever left my home. Never dropped them. No external signs of damage. No water damage. Great while they work, but im going to look for a more durable brand of ear buds.

I was totally taken aback when I used the refurbished air pods pros I purchased from you. I thought I’d save a couple of dollars by buying the factory refurbished pair instead of buying them new, was I sadly mistaken. I charged them and then I couldn’t change the name of the prior owner, okay no problem I chose a playlist and was throughly impressed with the sound. But that was all I was impressed with, I couldn’t pause or stop or fast forward or rewind anything. Then there came the last straw I couldn’t answer a call or talk on my iPhone. That was it I returned them to the store immediately and complained about the issue and was issued a full refund. Well I’m going to do what I’ve always done buy from Apple from now on

I've always had good success with open box items so I had confidence in purchasing refurbished from Best Buy. Looks like another winner on the airpods. Like other reviewers have noted the box was filthy but what matters is the product. These are working perfectly.

these are best Apple AirPods ever made by apple I recommend getting AirPods Pro 2 usb-c they are awesome do not buy AirPods 3 gen they will fall out of ur ears

Very clean and look new, no problems connecting to my phone. The case might have a few minor scratches, but you can't tell unless you're looking for it. Like others have said, they didn't come with Medium squishy ear bud part. Disappointing as you'll have to spend another $10 elsewhere to get them but overall still cheaper than buying new!
