Purchased used AirPods Pro because I usually purchase used things from BestBut and they are pretty good. However, for this item, the right airpod noise canceling does not work and when volumen is a little high or when I am in the plane, it makes a raining noise.

Lasted less than 2 years. Static noise began to appear. Took to apple store and they had no fix. Just offered to recycle them. I have $30 headphones that work 10 years later. Ridiculous.

It does the job but it kinda sucks, Overall not worth the price

I was super excited to get my air pod pros, until I tried to pair them to my phone and “Mel” forgot to un-pair her air pods before she sold them to Best Buy. Also the air pod doesn’t even charge. lol worst open box purchase EVER!

This was a refurbished product that I paid $200 for. I bought them on October 26 and by November 9. There was static and one stop working. I went to request a refund on November 11 and found out my refund expired November 10 so they told me I was out of luck. I normally don’t make bad reviews but for $200 for refurbished products you would think they would extend your return time. I am highly disappointed with my experience and I deafly won’t be buying Best Buy’s refurbished products again.

The refurbished airpod pros we recieved were still connected to an Apple account, which cannot be fixed. Don't buy refurbs from Best Buy

One of the airpods was broken and made a high pitched noise instead of playing music. I know that they are "geek squad certified", but it seems that the quality control may not be especially high. Luckily I was able to return them, and I ended up buying a full priced set from amazon instead after this disapointing incident. If you're buying them for yourself and want to take the risk, go for it, but I would not reccommend buying them as a present.

Disconnect and reconnects constantly. Hangs up when I try to put them in to answer a call

Did not come in a box . All of the other refurbished airpods ive purchased did come in a box

Mines came in a plain cardboard box. No air pod box. And my right AirPod didn’t work! It was nothing but static. Also was still connected with the last owner and it said they could see my location. Went to return and had to get my money back they wouldn’t even exchange so I just left without AirPods.

Bought these for my son for Christmas and they already stopped working.

I had them for 3 and a half weeks and they stop working and when I went back up there to let them know they told me that my 15 day warranty had ran out so I’m stuck with some broken AirPods that I have to pay for to get fixed that I only had for 3 1/2 weeks

Noise canceling doesn’t work at all. Was missing the medium tip earbuds.

it is very bad to buy it used since, only a 14-day guarantee applies to you, I bought some on July 2, and I had problems with it since August 5 and they did not hurt me at all

they don't work well and make a very weird noise, I don't recommend them are garbage
