Airpod Pros are always the go to for talking and music. I bought theses for my 12 year old who was super excited. I recently found out that the right one never worked. Upon looking back at my purchase, the date had passed to return them and I was still unsure of the process for purchasing a refurbished item. I love AirPods but I doubt that I would purchase again. Spend the extra to get them brand new with a warranty.

I was going out on a whim with getting a refurbished item but it paid off. These headphones work just the same as brand new ones would. Noise cancellation is awesome amongst the factor of having the cushiony in ear headphones. I appreciate the opportunity of buying these and gives me new faith for refurbished items again. Thanks geek squad and Best Buy for everything you do.

The charging cable and middle-size ear tip were not included in the box. The box was unsealed. No doubts regarding the quality of the product itself.

I’ve never own an AirPod before and this is the first time I’d owned a pairs , when I listened to the music they sound really good plus it blocked any air from the outside too . I was enjoying using it when I walked exercise everyday.

Nice product for your daily work. It works well with both office and gym. packaging was not clean and looks bad. However product inside was good.

When I think of a refurbished item I think of one that is carefully checked with any missing items replaced before being sent out. I wish this was the case but it wasn’t. My refurbished item arrived the day they said it was but shipping was I feel intentionally delayed. Instead of shipping to my house by UPS they shipped it to the post office that covers where I live and the post office delivered it the day after they received it. In the box was the charging cable, two Air Pad Pros and a charging case. Also in the box was the paler holder with the Air Tip. I use the singular because the Medium was missing. Online chat’s only suggestion was to return it and reorder. Twitter support was basically the same going so far as to say the previous owner might not have put them in the box so right there I was worried if I ordered again that it would be missing. I went to my local store to do the return and explained the issue. The agent there offered to sell me a new pair at the price I paid. I accepted that because it solves my issue but why couldn’t either support process I went through offer this solution?

The most comfortable earbuds I’ve ever had with excellent sound!

While I was concerned about purchasing a pair of refurbished airpod pros, the existing reviews bolstered my confidence. I’m adding my positive review to the others! I received a mag charging case, plug in charger and two silicone ear tips. They work expected and much easier on the wallet. I’ll consider other Geek Squad certified items in the future.
