I bought this item as a refurbished item recertified by best buy and had my concerns. Once the item arrived and I checked everything, I was very happy with the price that I had paid for it. The item was brand new. For a ear bud that is originally priced as $250, the bar is very high and I can't say that the product deserves to be this expensive. Personally, I think the path that Apple has chosen to increase prices of its products is a bad choice and it's going to hit them down the road badly. One sign is how some of their brand new items are going on sale not like before. Anyway, as for this item, I loved how the pairing works: You bring the Airpods case close to an iphone or ipad and it automatically detects it and asks to pair it. Very fun to watch this process;) The quality of the earbuds are good too but I can't really say they are any better than an ear bud that is $120 or more. The sound isolation is really good. I have tried these airpods while running and so far, they have resisted the sweat and haven't fallen off. We'll see how it goes. So for now, I am going to say this is a 5/5 product until further notice;)

These little things are jewels and the things that have me shining are the sound, fit, creative privacy in public places.

These are great earbuds but I prefer the original ones that came out with without the rubber ear casing. They are very sound proof compared to the original Apple earbuds. I also like that they are shorter. I wish they would have just shortened the first generation. Overall, they are a great product as with all Apple products. Easy to set up and connect.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review but the one thing that kept me from doing that is how different they are from my 'old airpods' in that they do fall out a lot. I have to shove them in my ear and most of the time it's fine, but today....not so much. I love the new technology where I can set up my preferences. Sound is GREAT!

Really didn't think the AirPods Pro's were worth the money until I bought them. The battery run time is off the chart. I can use them all day and they keep going. The sound is different than the original AirPods and I'm sure it's the noise cancelling feature. I'm not totally sure I like it. I do like that they are smaller in size than the originals but have had them fall out of my ear from time to time. They are different and I'm still adjusting to them. Did I mention the battery lasts all day!!!!

SO I bought these AirPods with the hopes of being able to use them while running. They work fantastic for that. The noise cancelling feature is really nice in that you simply have to grasp the stem of the left one and it changes the setting. They pair nicely with the Apple Watch so that I can run with just a watch and the headphones....

Blows the regular AirPods out of the water! The noise cancel is a godsend, does a superb job. Transparency mode is awesome too

I don’t know how I lived without AirPods! This is my 4th pair and won’t be my last. Sound quality is great. Love that there are some find my features that come in handy.

I bought refurbished because I tend to stay away from earbuds unless I’m at work or in bed, and didn’t really want to pay full price for that. I was expecting them to be distinctly inferior to normal AirPods Pro, but that didn’t seem to be the case. Everything worked normally, the case and the earbuds were both in mint condition, and I didn’t even have any issues with connectivity or battery drain (at least not that I could tell). The sound quality was good, spatial audio worked great (the feature where the sound stays in place as you turn your head actually caught me off guard), and the case and AirPods are really good at holding a charge for over a week. The only complaint I have is that they perform a bit weird with Find My, sometimes giving notifications that I left them behind while they’re on my keychain. I’d say Geek Squad did a stellar job with the refurbishment of this particular pair.

Excellent sounds quality. Battery is amazing. Super convenient when using with multiple apple devices.

Got them refurbished they work great. A little disappointed that the medium ear tips were missing but otherwise great condition.

Are you an Apple user? Are you looking for a sublime audio experience? Then look no further, the AirPod Pros are for you! I had regular AirPods before upgrading to the Pros. The regular AirPods are an enjoyable experience for sure, but the Pros are an upgrade in every feasible way. From increased tone and bass to noise cancellation and spatial audio, AirPod Pros are THE best audio experience right now. Do yourself a favor and buy them, you deserve it.

Perfect condition. Other than the packaging, the AirPods were basically brand new. Came with the pods, case and cable.

Great product in terms of voice quality, noise cancellation etc. The flexible tip makes it adaptable to my ear easily.

GeekSquad certified Airpods Pro: Music sounds flat, have to get used to. Sony wf-1000xm3 sounds a lot better, but not comfortable in the ear. Airpods Pro sits more comfortable, but one which comes from GeekSquad missing Medium size ear tips, only Large and Small comes. Hard to pull from thr case as magnet strong and it’s slippery. When you pair it witg IOS device it works better than with Android, I tried both. With iPhone calls quality great even in noise places. All of earbuds have own strong and weak sides, all depends on your priorities. But,it overpriced. Shouldn’t cost more than $150.

These provide more of a customized fit and stay in your ears. The noise cancellation feature and sound quality is amazing!

Currently using mine at work right now, They’re basically brand new straight out of the packaging. Don’t see any bad reason to buy these when they go on sale every once in a while. Bought these for 170$ after I lost my Gen 2 Airpods and these work great and the noise cancellation is a nice feature. Only something you would use every now and than however. You use noise cancellation less than you think. One downside compared to the gen 2s is you can’t remap buttons.

I got these as a christmas gift and they are awesome! Great sound and so easy to hook up to your iphone!!
