I was a little hesitant to buy these cuz they were refurbished but they came in perfect condition and I’ve had them over a year and they still work perfectly. Thinking about getting another pair for wifey

The AirPods are great. The noise canceling feature is amazing. The only complaint I have with the refurbished AirPods is there were no ear pieces so they couldn’t be used right away.

they sound good and noise canceling works excellent but not very comfortable in my ears i always felt like something was bothering me i ended up going back to original airpods which work well for my type of ear

I love these better than the other generation the grips keep them in my ear with no problem.

It has really good volume, really good surround silencing. Although turning the volume up and down can be difficult, overall even though I only had it for a few days pretty good so far.

Falls out of your ear much easier than the original. Sound quality is much greater with the pros. I don’t like how they took away the hang up and change song tapping feature.

I was kind of bummed out after reading the reviews about the air pods pro that some consumers received... But I’ve got to tell you after receiving mine , all that went away. Mine came within days after ordering them on line. They came in perfect to new condition .. Couldn’t be more happy with my buying experience

Wasnt sure what to expect from a refurbished item but glad I did. Great deal and headphones. Bought AppleCare and am a happy camper. Shipping was quick and got what was described.

I knew ahead of time that these were not going to be sounding great when it came to music. But the conveneince of being able to connect to all my mac hardware, definitely a plus. If you're an audiophile, you'll be dissapointed, but for calls, youtube watching and other media that isn't going to dissapoint you, then these will be perfect. I wouldn't give up on your other high end audio head gear but these will do the job for light duty audio. Maybe apple will increae the bottom end and expand the dynamic range. Nonetheless, these are some very sophisticated headphones.

It took me a little bit to get used to not tapping to change songs. They sound great! Noise cancellation is really great! My only complaint is the fit. I keep posting them in my ears at the gym.

Airpod Pro - my 2nd pair and they still fall out of my ears which is really annoying. They sound wonderful and connect easily with bluetooth. Wonder why apple can't figure this out, still.

Really good pair of headsets. Not the best for music but it’s a must for audio calls. Has better range and better connectivity than other brands. Stays in my hears quite well

I am overall satisfied and very pleased with these; sometimes connecting to my laptop is difficult and the audio isn’t the best with my laptop but overall would purchase again in a heartbeat!

Do yourself a favor and avoid thes ESPECIALLY refurbished. I bought these when they were $220. HUGE mistake because you cannot add a protection plan. Headphones.... Very light and comfortable. I used them on an Android phone and work great. Touch and hold the button and activates noise cancelation, which is cool. Not very impressed with the sound. Lacks a bit more bass. Packaging... They arrived in a cheap box similar to the mail in razors. No booklet, no apple box with manuals... The charging case had a LOT of scratches. Refurbished means almost like new condition but the box looked beat up. Oh well, at least is the only thing that works fine. Reliability...POOR!!! Id say about 1 month in i noticed i would hear a crackle noise. Even when i had the music on pause. Any head movement would cause a static pop noise. Do NOT go to the store eventhough it says Geek squad certified. They wont honor Apple's manufacturer warranty and will send you to them. Called geek squad customer service..same thing. So I paid 98dls to get a replacement through apple, shipped the defective one. I had to call again after 2 weeks and get my case escalated as I would not get my money back as agreed until they received the defective unit. Well it got sorted out, yesterday (4 months since purchase) the left one started doing the noise. So I already paid 98dls again to do the claim all over. These are NOT worth $250 for the sound and much less with the reliability. I regret buying these. I shouldve gone with Sony or Bose. Stay away from these especially Refurbished, NOT worth it.
