Do yourself a favor and avoid thes ESPECIALLY refurbished. I bought these when they were $220. HUGE mistake because you cannot add a protection plan. Headphones.... Very light and comfortable. I used them on an Android phone and work great. Touch and hold the button and activates noise cancelation, which is cool. Not very impressed with the sound. Lacks a bit more bass. Packaging... They arrived in a cheap box similar to the mail in razors. No booklet, no apple box with manuals... The charging case had a LOT of scratches. Refurbished means almost like new condition but the box looked beat up. Oh well, at least is the only thing that works fine. Reliability...POOR!!! Id say about 1 month in i noticed i would hear a crackle noise. Even when i had the music on pause. Any head movement would cause a static pop noise. Do NOT go to the store eventhough it says Geek squad certified. They wont honor Apple's manufacturer warranty and will send you to them. Called geek squad customer service..same thing. So I paid 98dls to get a replacement through apple, shipped the defective one. I had to call again after 2 weeks and get my case escalated as I would not get my money back as agreed until they received the defective unit. Well it got sorted out, yesterday (4 months since purchase) the left one started doing the noise. So I already paid 98dls again to do the claim all over. These are NOT worth $250 for the sound and much less with the reliability. I regret buying these. I shouldve gone with Sony or Bose. Stay away from these especially Refurbished, NOT worth it.

I am overall satisfied and very pleased with these; sometimes connecting to my laptop is difficult and the audio isn’t the best with my laptop but overall would purchase again in a heartbeat!

Best ear buds on the market, fit great look great!

Hi had been wanting some of these for so long and when I saw some refurbished at a lower price I can afford them so I purchased I have not had one problem I have used them daily for months! Now I only buy a refurbished products to save money and they are just as good especially because of the warranty

This product works great! But the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it did not come with the medium size earbuds it came with the small and large one only. Luckily the small fit fine

I purchased the AirPods for my grandson. He is 11 years old so I was worried about him losing them. So I went with a refurbished pair. They work as if they were brand new. I would definitely recommend these to AirPods to everyone who wants a nice pair of AirPods at a nice price instead of spending full price.

The sound quality is good but they are too big (even with the small padding) for my ear that it feels like they are going to fall out. Going to return and get the AirPods instead.

Was little sketchy to get refurbished product but couldn’t say difference when compared to brand new one. Product itself is of great quality. I wish it has more battery per use. But the is compensated with how quickly they charge when back on charging case

I’m very pleased with my purchase. And I was Kinda worried to buy refurbished products but getting it new was hurting my pockets more than it would have to give it a shot. I’ll have to say I’ll buy refurbished again from Best Buy as the product was just as if it was new!!

Quality sound, not audiophile by any means, but suitable for use with iPhones. Would prefer a better fit in ears, careful you don’t lose one.

I love these...love the noise cancelling feature and the clarity! They were clean, put together, but did not include the cord I got with my non refurbished airpod pros.

These pods sound good but they are Not very comfortable after about an hour. The sound (or connection) is occasionally garbled.

Airpod Pros are incredible. These are no longer the newest model but I'm very happy with them. I'll eventually lose one and upgrade. The noise cancelling is incredible. Integration with other Apple products is excellent. A little wonky to connect to a PC, but fine. (switching from (Lenovo) PC to iPhone is a little less than ideal). I don't blame Apple for this. Flying with these in and noise cancelling on is really great. Sitting in the same room with someone watching anime is also just fine with these badies in.

I absolutely love these ear buds. The noise cancelling is amazing. I have slight hearing loss and am a special needs teacher. It really helps in the classroom. Apple hit a home run with these.

I absolutely love my Pro AirPods!!! I love the clarity when speaking with people. The fact that you can change the earbuds so you can hear what’s going on around you or you can use noise canceling mode. I had no idea this could be done and I love it. The are phenomenal earbuds!

These are some of the best wireless buds. I love them so much I purchased two sets. The sound quality is just fantastic! My only complaint is, the battery life when using continuous. I like to listen to audiobooks and I usually get four hours from a single charge.

AirPods can be expensive - for a teenager- if you want to keep up with the latest version. You cannot tell the difference with refurbished AirPods vs new. They come in a AirPods box and work perfectly. Super satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy other refurbished products from Best Buy!
