They looked like new AirPods Pro. I didn't see any dents or damages. I'm really happy with this purchase and I would recommend anyone that is thinking about getting some AirPods Pro to think about getting some Refurbished, but get them from a place you trust like Best Buy!!

Refurbished AirPod pro has amazing noise cancellation, quality sound and are very comfortable to wear. Geek Squad held true to their promise of quality and I would purchase these again.

Was missing the medium size tips upon arrival, but was lucky that the large size fit best for me. Other than that–they have worked really well and battery holds a charge for quite a while which was my biggest concern buying refurbished. Overall, I've been happy with the purchase, but acknowledge that I got lucky despite some poor quality control when checking this pair out before shipping.

These AirPods Pro are awesome. The noise cancellation is second to none. I used them on a flight just yesterday and almost the second you put them in, you can no longer hear all the flight noise and they level out the pressure in your ears during take off and landing.. AWESOME!

There good but they broke in less than a year. The battery last a long time i would recommend definitely get a warranty with them.

The best, most comfortable headphones I have ever placed in my ears. Stay in during high intensity workouts and block out the sound of the gym traffic Really wondering how Apple will make these bad boys better because I can’t imagine them getting better

They work and sound exactly like brand new AirPod Pros. Compared their performance with 2 other pairs that were new. Definitely worth the savings.

These are my 1st AirPods and I am impressed! Used them on an airplane and the noise cancelling was amazing!!! Watched an entire movie with no babies crying or white noise! For daily use I don’t know if getting the pros is worth it but so far I love them!

I love the Great sound I get when playing music. I love that Siri will play my music with a simple command. Siri will read my texts for me so I never have to dig out my phone while exercising. I also like the shorter ear buds so they are more discrete.

Bought as Refurbished for $170.00 on 01/01/2021 and so far so good ..... awesome sound and really block out outside noise ....great to have it if travelling by plane but only wear one when riding the subway & bus. DEFINITELY MUST BUY !!!!

I was hesitant to buy the refurbished AirPod Pro after reading some negative reviews but I’m glad I did, they arrived looking like new and work perfectly. I’m so glad I bought the refurbished ones and saved a nice chunk of money.

Cannot tell they are refurbished other than the box. The earphones are awesome and sound fantastic. The box is original Apple but tagged as refurbished. Very pleased to have the price discounted and the headphone cannot tell the difference.

I think these sound great , but the only way I could get them to fit tighter for the noise canceling to work was to put them in upside down.

Pricey, but definitely better than the originals. The buds fit better into my ears vs the others. Still a lot to spend on some headphones!

These Geek Squad Certified refurbished AirPod Pros came with strand of hair and bits of ear wax on and in the buds. Even after fully cleaning the device the seams of the Air Pods had some sort of debris or gunk entrapped. Aside the questionable sanitary issues the product themselves work perfectly. I compared these with new AirPod Pros and found in difference in functionality. Battery seems normal as well.

Great value why pay full price when you can get Apple products refurbish from the geek squad thanks. And if you haven’t had a pair of iPods pros they’re pretty dang good you can walk around your office or your 1500 square-foot house.

I revived mine was very good condition, but the charging case was a little dirty Geek squad most make clean them before they resells it

This is my second pair of these. I use one at work and a different pairara home. Both deliver excellent sound. There is some crackling sometimes when I am in a call, but I think that is mostly due to a cell service issue.

Was apprehensive about purchasing wireless buds (due to loss, connectivity, etc), but these are great. Really enjoy the cushioned ear pieces and make the Zoom meetings a lot easier due to no chords and constantly having to move my phone around.
