The three listening modes are awesome to be able to switch between when different scenarios come up like blocking out noise or talking on them during a call vs staying alert while still listening.

I have had issues with the Air Pods.

The left ear bud does not always charge completely. I wish I had bought them new not refurbished

Also working in hospital put one in ear without having to take mask off or taking pone out of plastic bag, i can hear and so can the other party.

I lost my old AirPods and my wife bought me the Pro’s for Christmas. I have a older pair of Bose earbuds and these have a better sound quality. Plus, the noise canceling feature are work very well.

To buy refurb, or not to buy

Great sound quality and easy to use. Had to switch out the ear bud portion, but they came with the size I needed still new in the box.

If you buy a pair of airpods, make sure you look at the additional sizes they have in the box. They come already as different sizes so you know which one to use for both. Great Product
