Slow !!!

The only issue I have was with shipping but I know with the issues going on in the world shipping is slow. 3 weeks was a little much and to pay extra for different tracking is a waste of money because it really is no different. I think you could do a better job of notifying the actual delivery date.

But, I must say I was very impressed by the sound quality of this device. I tried many Samsung ones and Sony as well but this fits perfectly in my ear. The bass is really good and it does not hurt my ears as well. A must have product.

Good but, I had some issues.

Moving from device to device is "magic". Calls are very good. Music is okay, better with the ANC. Not near as good as over the ear. My unit was used and think it had issues. Willing to try a new set, with comply foam. They did not at all want stay in my huge ears.
