Sound good, easy to set up amd easy to use, comfortable to wear

They are amazing the only reason i gave it a 4star instead of five it is because they kept dropping. The sealed won't work well for me but They are perfect for my wife.

They work as intended. I do really like the transparency mode as I can still hear what is happening in my surroundings. The noise canceling also works nicely as long as the seal between the earbuds and your ear is good. I did notice that I have trouble keeping them in my ears even after switching the tips to the bigger ones.

Great product! I was skeptical on purchasing refurbished AirPods but they are very clean with powerful sound and long battery life.

Was missing the medium sized cushions when I received them but other than that, they work perfectly fine. (Had to order the cushions separate from Apple.)

They seem good as new! Everything works fine; yet, the right pod makes a weird noise when it is on. Overall, they are of nice quality.

Great. Arrived as expected. However, they were still paired to their old Apple ID (which can be erased by factory resetting them)

So much for Geek Squads promise that everything is "quality inspected & made sure to be in great working condition". It wasn't. The right bass rattled. I risked buying refurbished because new items were out of stock everywhere for a month or more. To add insult to injury, unlike Amazon, Best Buy makes you pay to ship it back.

They are the best headphones, I use them for everything

Good, but not amazing. They fit well and have good sound quality, but randomly they will connect and disconnect from my phone.

Lasted a good amount of time but I miss my over the head headphones. These don’t seem noise cancelling as much.

Love it. Always get all my electronics from Best Buy. I’ve always hesitated on buying AirPods because they’re so small for such a high price. But once they upgraded to Pros and discounted I had to get them! Not many features on the AirPod but it’s convenient.

For a refurbished product, these work great! Aside from the original product box which was slightly marred, these appear and function as brand new without any noticeable issue. Would definitely recommend for the cost savings vs new. Love these AirPods Pro!

The price was right, yet I sporadically have problems with maintaining sync. I am attributing that to my user error. I am happy with my AP-Pro’s

I purchased two refurbished pairs of Apple Airpods Pro, one of which had to be returned because it wouldn't hold a connection. The following week, the price on NEW Airpods pro went on sale in lots of places for less than $10 more than what I paid for the refurbs. I'd say, save your money and buy new. Not worth the hassle of the return.

The AirPod is missing the original ear tips that claimed to be included in the package as described in product specification page. You get what you paid for. But it Best Buy claims it as a certified product, they need to be more professional in handling the product. Otherwise it is just another way to dump trash to your customer and keep your customer stay away from you.

Bought these for work - would buy them again. Amazing sync between other apple products. Great sound, fits very well in my ears.

A week later my left airpod wan't working and i dont know what to do

My AirPods case doesn’t charge properly nor does it hold charge whether wireless or not
