These airpods worked grate for me. I was able to add apple care to them which was great as one of the earbuds did go out but I was able to get it replaced with ease with the factory warranty from Apple.

Started glitching and not connecting right away, but then smoothed out but right after the return window ended one stopped working entirely and won’t charge. Not worth the money. Buyer beware.

Works well with my iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV. iOS 14 makes switching devices easy, and the new spatial audio is awesome. You couldn't tell these were refurbished, besides some scuffs on the box. A+ Best Buy!!!

I love my AirPods. They are amazing. Being able to hear my text messages and respond is enough for me but add Siri to the mix and it becomes an adventure. Recommended to two friends and purchasing a pair for my husband today!!

These sound fantastic, and the noise canceling feature works great without causing volume issues with the content. The only challenge I have is that none of the 3 tip sizes fit my ears as well as the Beat Pro’s, so I lose some bass response.

These are actually worth a buy. Mine are refurbished and I have not had any issues whatsoever. Very convenient when you are working out, walking your dog, and doing other tasks. The case is very small and fits in any pocket.

These were bought to replace stolen ones. Under no circumstances leave them lying around (on my desk).

The ones I got were refurbished and the right one didn't work. The left one was pretty awesome though. I ended up returning them since I couldn't get them both to work but that process was even pretty easy.

Did not come with the correct ear pieces. Box was in rough shape. I don’t believe anyone could return something in this condition to Best Buy. I’m disappointed in the quality and condition. Next time I’ll buy new but probably not at Best Buy.

The item works great. No doubt about it. The part that took some time to get over was how unreliable Geek Squad is. Best Buy slaps this label called “Geek Squad Verified” or some Bs like that. No exaggeration, there was some ear wax residue on the earbuds when I unpacked them. As I said I just cleaned it and tried not to care. Geek squad step your game up...

Ordered these online refurbished, at a great price. The shipping was extremely fast. Pairing the headset was super simple. The noise canceling was off a little so I went into settings and tried to check the seal. The right side sealed but the left side wouldn’t. I thought I could live with that for the price. But then I started to listen to music and the left side sounded like a paper bag was being crumpled in my ear. I took them back to the store to exchange them, that’s where the happiness ended. The store stated there were no more refurbished AirPod pro, the choices the manager gave me was return them for my money back, buy a new pair and pay the difference, or he could get me the older AirPods for that price. So I returned them and left with nothing but a bitter taste for shopping at Best Buy.
