Nice, but setup was tricky

Box might not include everything

Best Buy support said I could get medium tips by going to the Best Buy store. Well, this experience wasn't confidence inducing. I'm going to spend more for the new airpods that have never been opened.

Like headphones but no wires

Highly recommend. I use my hands a lot and was tired of getting my arms caught in cords. You can lose circulation that way. So these are good for health

The only way I could tell that they had been used was that someone else's name came up before I registered them to me. A great buy for the $$'s.

The pro version has better ear piece that helps stay in the ear. Amazing sound and nose cancelling.

Tried so hard to like them.

The sound quality is good but I personally prefer my Bose wireless headphones that I’ve had for about 4 years and never had a issue with.

Uncomfortable

Even when they did they were not near as comfortable as the basic ear pods. I also prefer the function controls of the standard AirPods. Usually the pro version of any Apple product is far superior but in this case I think the quality and functionality is better in the standard AirPod 2
