The left airpod had a slight defect, that made the speaker lack in the midrange and during noise cancellation mode the left airpod picked up motor vehicle noises and warped them in a weird way. This made the pair unusable, so they were returned. But it gave me the chance to try the airpods pro, which made me buy another pair that works great!

This package is supposed to come with two extra sets(4) of ear tips. It only came with 3. All the same size. They are also not for the AirPods Pro. Not sure what they are supposed to fit, but they don't fit these. Chatted with customer service. The first rep said she would give me a refund then I could take the AirPods to the store and exchange. When I asked her if I had to return them before the refund she disconnected the chat. The second rep told me there was nothing she could do since they were refurbished, I told her the refurbished explanation did not say to expect missing parts. No gift card offer or discount offered just a "sorry about your bad luck".

They work well but were a little bit tricky to set up. I have set up new ones and it wasn't the same.

Need to be charged every 2 and half hours The sound is awesome.

I got these as a deal and when they arrived, they were missing the medium ear tips. Best Buy support said I could get medium tips by going to the Best Buy store. Well, this experience wasn't confidence inducing. I'm going to spend more for the new airpods that have never been opened.

Great earbuds. Easy to pair, sound great. Easy to switch between modes in IOS

Came in original box with the tips and charger. The only way I could tell that they had been used was that someone else's name came up before I registered them to me. A great buy for the $$'s.

If your headphones have wires you’ve done something wrong. Highly recommend. I use my hands a lot and was tired of getting my arms caught in cords. You can lose circulation that way. So these are good for health

Purchased as a Christmas present for daughter and she has not stopped using them yet. The pro version has better ear piece that helps stay in the ear. Amazing sound and nose cancelling.

The case has scratches but the AirPods are very clean and they work good

I have not had any issues, so I am glad I bought the refurbished instead of new. Save some money.

I have AirPod Pro for almost year. It works good, only one problem I found- it can fall out and replacing tips does not help much. Despite this minor problem I bought new one for my dear girl-friend ,

They are horrible to keep in your ears. I like gen 1s better. The GPS tracking is deplorable.

Doesn't stay in my ears. I was hopeful because of the three tips, but it still didn't work for me.

I got a refurbished pair…there’s a slight rattling in one but they’re pretty cool

I was trying to like them but I just couldn’t make them fit right and I kept losing one or the other so I finally brought them back. The sound quality is good but I personally prefer my Bose wireless headphones that I’ve had for about 4 years and never had a issue with.
