Better to buy new than refurbished!

Disappointed Geek Squad certification

The box showed sign of wear but that was ok; the airpod case was all scratched up and not in "good" condition but most importantly the airpods were still dirty (hair, marks) from previous wear which is just not hygienic. To quote from Best Buy's website: "You don’t want to see them and neither do we" and there was a lot I saw wrong with these. Returning them and spending the extra $ to get a new one, really disappointing certified refurbishing process..

Seemed to not be refurbished properly

My regular airpods last longer soo I think it’s a problem that happened in the refurbishment process. And I’ve been told there is nothing they can do...
