I figured renewed meant used like new, not used and missing parts.

Not worth it

Just like many other reviews my right ear pod had a weird crackling/ static noise. Some people might be able to tolerate that because it is not as noticeable when music is playing, but for paying 200$ for something I would expect perfect quality. They were at least clean though.
