Terrible Beat Buy certification

That is not the case with mine as my AirPods often disconnect while listening and the left ear had a very high pitched sound play whenever noise cancellation is not active. I am never trusting Best Buy Certified again

However these don’t stay in mine or my wife’s ears. For as much as they cost m, one would hope for more of a secures fit. Recommend for causal listening but not for those trying to be active while listening.

Refurb iis hit or miss, and mine was a miss

Clearly from reviews some product works great and people are happy to save $5-$30. But I waited eagerly for mine to come, and when they did it was clear they hadn't been thoroughly tested. Left one has a constant crackle. Hard to imagine that wasn't noticed in testing. Just ordered a new set, not refurbished. Paying full price, waiting and extra week, and have the hassle of a return. Was worth a shot, but won't do a refurb again. To much risk to save a few bucks....
