This was a refurbished product, but it was advertised as "complete." There was no mention of missing medium ear pieces. Returned it to store and customer service rep said they couldn't replace the medium ear pieces, and all I could do was buy the more expensive brand new AirPods. Very disappointing .

The first pair seems to not wireless charge, the second pair did not have spatial audio, and the noise-canceling feature is noticeably different than my first pair. You are probably better off buying them new and not worry about saying some money.

Won’t stay in my ears

When I got it, the left ear bud was not working at all. I thought it just needed to charge so I left it charging for a good while but it never reached to 100%. It also never stopped blinking red. Also, small gummies where also missing (didn’t mind) I believe I just got a bad box! Going to BB tomorrow so return it!

Weird noise

Turns out it was an Apple defect which can be fixed by contacting Apple & sending the earbud/s in. Wasn’t aware of that so I ended up returning the earbuds which I got for a really cheap price.
