Badly refurbed air pods

The one works well and get loud enough to hear from and the other you can barely hear if both pods aren't in.

Long story short I had a set that I sent in under warranty. Best Buy lost them and couldn’t replace them with a brand new set. They only offered in store credit or this refurb. Not happy with the way they handled it.

Audio Issue

It would only go away when the AirPods less than 50%. I had to return these

I purchased 2 air pod pros and one of them came with the wrong ear bud cushions. So I went to the store to get the right ones and they’re telling me that I have to contact them to have them mailed out to me and gave me a number that no one ever answered. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
