Such a lie. When I charge the case it runs down the earbuds. Have to take the ear buds out then put them back so they will charge

Geek Squad certified is suspect

The issue I had was with the “geek squad certified “ process. The previous owner had sync’d them with his Apple ID for location based services. When they where return and “certificate “ the old Apple ID remained, and therefore I couldn’t add my Apple ID to enable location based service to find those earbud when I misplace them.

crackling sound when you wear both AirPods

Could not get a good seal in right ear and when you wear both AirPods the right one has an annoying crackling sound. Still waiting to hear back how to return/exchange them. Wasn't really a big enough discount, will not by a Certified Refurbished again.
