Worlds just like new would buy again if I needed too.

Good product to use must of the time for anywhere.

Not only is there a huge sticker on the box that covers the entire thing and makes it hard to open without damaging the box, but one of the buttons doesn’t work out of the box. Should never have been sold.

The airpod sometimes charges and sometimes stop. Very irritating. Like one of those Chinese ones. Can’t even return before 31 May as I am stuck out of America due to Covid19 and flights cancelled.

Quality was great even though they were refurbished

Very underwhelmed by these... I am an avid Apple user (iphone, ipd, apple watch)... purchased these, to replace Bose Soundsport Free... returned them the same day. Sound quality, compared to Bose, was like night & day... back to Bose!!

Bought this item for my daughter.It said it refurbished.It was i guess when my daughter opened it there was ear eax on both.Gross and disgusting.

Case pretty scratched up. Was an open box item Guess part of the bargain. First pair ever the aound was good. Noticed they do lose charge quick. Don’t know if that’s a norm.

Once again I never ordered this product. My card was compromised and your company is making me pay the price. Best Buy really shocked me with this. In February my card had 3 charges made. None of which where mine. None of which were to my home address and I tried to dispute the bill but I was told no. I have tried calling the number but it’s a recording just telling me how long of a wait it will be. So why not sound off here. Best Buy will not get another cent of my money. I am will be paying off my card and taking my business elsewhere. I have been a loyal cardholder first over 10 years. Never missed a payment or late on a payment. And this is the thanks I get.

I ordered these when the price dropped for $229 for a refurbished pair. I received them with ear wax on one of the buds, hair intertwined in the box/ear pods, and the small additional ear cover was broken. Definitely won't buy refurbished again. I returned them the same day I received them and bought a brand new pair. So much better!

Bought these as a gift for my fiancé. Opens up the package and obviously tries them out immediately. In one of the earbuds, there’s this awful buzzing noise, almost sounds like putting your ear up to a shell. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. Waited almost a month for them to arrive and they finally get here, I have to go through the hassle of returning one of the pairs since mine got lost in the mail and I was sent a new one, only for the original pair to show up... and it doesn’t even work correctly. SMH. My fiancé was disappointed to say the least that they had something wrong with them.

Because they were refurbished they came out of the box scratched and faulty. I returned these the next day after purchase. I also do not like that they do not have an app to use with androids.

I bought this refurbished Airpods Pro because I wanted to save some money. The case was a little dirty in the inside (obviously they didn't clean them well). It came with the charging cable and the extra ear tips. The left one was buzzing when listening music. I'm not sure if they missed it and labeled it as refurbished when they didn't fix it. I had to clean and disinfect them because they looked used!!! I had to return them to the store.

I was skeptical to buy renewed as there were a lot of poor reviews. I will now add to that. They showed up and were clean (I still cleaned them again). Once I tried them they sounded muffled. I was not sure if my expectations were high or they were damaged. I decided to return for new ones and it was not me, it was night and day. I don't think they even listened to them when they "renewed" them. Spend the extra couple of bucks and buy a new pair.

I couldn't even use them with out hearing a disruptive noise. And the replacement pair didn't charge or work right I was better off buying new ones

They only lasted 2 years!! The left one no longer holds a charge. No warranty. Thumbs down

They worked great for the most part. I have had them a few months now and sometimes people have a hard time hearing me through them.

I could hear fine with them. but other people cannot hear me when I answer the phone something is wrong with them. I paid for new ones and I got refurbished ones

I know they were refurbished but was hoping that they didn't look used. But so far they work great.

Left AirPod Pro has cracking sounds hot it and since it’s been only a few months since I purchased them Made an appointment at Best Buy and the geek squad person told me that refurbished means there is no warranty NO WARRANTY even if it’s almost 5 months before the Apple one year warranty given to Apple products and that the fee to repaired them would be $267 hard lesson learned to never buy any refurbished will spend the extra bucks and get items brand new. So I’m left with defective Cracking Sounds on my AirPods Pro.
