Pods are nice and work well. Missing components when order was sent. Had to purchase after the fact

The box came with only the charging case and the EarPods, thrown in a brown box, no charging cord or rubber ear pieces and only a piece of paper where the instruction were supposed to me , the charging case was scratched as well. That is the last time I purchase a refurbished geek squad anything from Best Buy. I took it back I existent and paid extra and got new ones. That was a joke and the third purchase that the shipping was screwed up or missing parts.

paid $5 less for a blown speaker in the left ear. would not recommend

Worked great for two and half months then Completely stoped working took it back,customer service was very helpful and I decided to buy a new set and I’m very happy now

The thing got a messed up sound keeps trumping at times this is definitely why it’s cheaper if I didn’t lose my recipe I would have brought it back

These were great until 1 of the airpods stopped working, followed the instructions and still didn't work. Of course stopped working 3 days after the return policy.

Bad bought and had a charger case replacement because mine was defective. Now some months later my airpods have unpaired with my case and won’t work in find my iPhone says mismatched alert. Once again same product except mine were new my daughters were refurb and apple was no help and I have apple plus on mine

Worked very well for more than year. Now the AirPods make weird noise and constantly drops the calls

Second pair of refurbished air pods I’ve bought and these are the worst ones yet. Always getting plagued with constant connection issues. Pods will be fully charged and still struggle to connect and locate my iPhone 13 Sound can sound scratchy at times. Staff was less than helpful in addressing the issue.

Poor battery . Each airpad didn’t long enough. Plus disconnect every 10 or 15 minutes from my phone .

I got this as a gift and it was not opened until about a month and a half after I purchased it, although it’s refurbished it still comes in a box sealed. Upon opening and using we realize that the left airpod speaker is blown.. past the “thirty day window” for returns and they want me to come out of pocket for it. Ive trusted refurb with other companies and np, never ever again with bestbuy and tbh for this they are losing my business. These things aint cheap.

The left side doesn’t charge right and always dies before the right side and sometimes it doesn’t work.

Product is an open box item and I had expectations matching this fact. The condition of the item was fine. I have yet to charge and use them because the item did not come with the usb lightning charging cable as was stated in the “Included” list. The item was also missing all of its paperwork

Bought these for my son and he has no complaints this far. He loves the features that come with the pro.

Bought used because they were certified by Best Buy for my daughter. After a few weeks of her having some problems with them I realized they were fake. After contacting Best Buy and explaining the issue, they accused me of trying to scam them!!

Of all of Apple’s airpod offerings, this is the one. The fact that they have a variety of earpiece attachments makes them far more useful and offers a better seal than the others Apple makes.

air pods start messing up after a lot of sweat even tho they suppose to be for sport wear

I bought this geeksquad refurbished, and noticed the left pod had a popping sound with anc on. Incredibly irritating.

The pods were behaving weirdly. I felt a buzzing sound in one pod multiple times. The case was not completely sealed. A little loose.
