These need to be returned. They came broken. The case does not charge.

Purchased as a Christmas present for 2020. It was sold as a Geek squad refurbished. Was not operating at all even after recharging for several hours. Will never buy a refurbished from them again. Undoubtedly a repackaged return. Recipient opened on Christmas Day and didn’t work. Purchased a new one from Apple and it worked fine.

Did not fit well in my ears. Tried each of the adapters and was not comfortable. Prefer my first generation ones.

Not bad and very comfy but one of them constantly falls out my ear when I move my ear

They came opened, the box was in bad conditions and they didn’t come with the charger

I honestly did not like these at all especially compared to the Powerbeats Pro in overall performance, look and quality.

Had ordered Geek Squad Certified AirPods Pro. The earbuds were dirty and the buds packaging had a food stain. Immediately returned the product. Had high hopes of standards from Geek Squad like they claim.

I was looking at couple models the pro version and gen 3. I ended up and ordered both for my sons birthday. The pros have a better base sound and that’s what was selected.

They fall out of my ears. I tried the small cushions and the medium cushions and the big cushions and none seem to work. They have landed in the dishwasher, on my plate, in the sink (no water thankfully) and rolled under my desk while I was on a client call. I would return them but I hear Best Buy cancels you if you return things so I will have to find someone who wants to buy them from me. Ugh.

It had a weird statistic sound like if it was wet or something. I’m thinking of returning it unfortunately.

The right air pod won’t charge. Don’t understand what’s wrong w it

I literally just opened my Refurbished AirPods, and in addition to not having been reset to factory settings, they were so gross! There was dirt in the grooves of the case and earwax in the speaker grilles and soft ear inserts! I usually love giving my money to Best Buy when I need new tech, but I am so dissatisfied with Geek Squad quality control this time around!

Great purchase. I lost my other case now I have 4air pods and 1 case

They work great, but they were dirty. There was wax build up in them.

When they work, they are amazing but they disconnect a lot. I’ll be listening to music and it will play part out of my phone and than connect to the headphones a few times until they eventually stay connected for a good amount of time

I got these without reading the fact they are refurbished. They got here a day early and I was so excited. I opened the package to find no receipt. The box was unpackaged and had sticky stuff on the face of it. The box had a sticker keeping it closed. And another one with a word in a different language. I opened the box to clearly FAKE AirPods. I returned them but am very VERY unhappy.

Great product. The only issue I have is that it's not loud enough
