Not factory re-set AirPods Pro

I was very disappointed with this product and will never ever even think of purchasing another "Certified Geek Squad Re-Furbished" product from Best Buy as it totally was not!!!

Huge mistake

I have to get a new box now since there is only a 15 day warranty for a REFURBISHED product. This experience is similar to getting an iPhone charger from a 7-11 gas station. Absolute joke.

Pops out!

I had to return them and get the third generation

Be wary of refurbishment

I tried resetting them and even had Apple support try to help only for them to tell me to return the item. I’m pretty sure they were defective but at 180, and if they worked would’ve been a 5 star review.
