I know that it is a refurbished product but I couldn’t tolerate the damage and I returned it. The product was not worth the money I paid.

I recommend to buy them from the apple store

I had to send them back twice before getting a pair that actually worked. They are always falling out of my ears too.

Not pleased with return policy of gifts
