    We bought these as a replacement for another pair that had some issues. It turns out Best Buy sold us a certified counterfeit. Apple verified it, and we will be returning them and demanding our money back.

    The right side of the AirPods Pro does not work & I did not buy these AirPods for one side to work and the other not. I would like a refund OR a right side pod sent to me. Waste of $189 for only one side to work.

    Not worth it. I’m sure the AirPods were purchased by someone and swapped out with fakes... the serial numbers don’t even show up on apple’s website.

    Broke after a weak left AirPod completely stopped working and if I do manage to get it working it Glitches out trust the other bad reviews just try and save money for the non refurbished AirPods pro

    I was so excited for the deal but after a day the right bud stop noise reduction so I had to return this was my first and last time buying refurbished. For sure buy the new ones the day it worked was great lol
