Disappointed. Left speaker blown. Not buying refurbished again.

Got the airpod to find out that they were broken, the audio sounded like the speakers had been blown.

Purchased a refurbished pair of air pods and they only lasted a little over a month. Eventually got to the point where all you heard was static. Apple did send a replacement.

when i received the airpods everything was fine the first day then the next day the right airpod pops and can only be used without noise cancellation or transparency mode

I usually buy refurbished items but this one looked over used with a lot of scratches

Sound quality is bad. Headphones kept falling out of my ear. Not Happy with them. Not sure it’s because they are defective or that’s just how they are.

The quality specified for the AirPods was excellent but received without even basic cleaning. Could easily seen as used.

Ours came with ear wax and scratches it was disgusting. Taking back today!

Did not come with the charging cable.. took forever to get in contact with an agent on the phone. The box only had the AirPods, charging case & ear gummies.

I received them and the left one has an ear-piercing squeal that comes from it when you touch it. It really hurts so I guess I just can’t use the left one.

I was apprehensive about buying these because there were some bad reviews but I took my chance and bought them. These are amazing. They work really well and I have not noticed any issues with functionality. I was not worried that Geek Squad would make sure these are top notch before sending them out. Mine came with the small and large sized ear pieces. The mediums were not included and I’m guessing that the previous owner had worn those. The small size worked perfectly for me so I did not care about the other sizes.I did not see any cosmetic damage on the case or AirPods. For the price, these are a great buy. I would not have gotten full price ones and I see no reason to. The AirPods Pro have awesome noise cancellation abilities. I wore these while vacuuming today and while running a palm sander and I could hear my podcast clearly. They also have a transparency mode for when you need to hear people around you. They also recognize when they are in your ear or not and automatically pause when you remove them. If you want new, go with the regular air pods but going with the refurbished Pro was a fantastic choice.

I bought these refurbished for my wife for Christmas. My wife opened up her gift this morning to find one of the earpieces with earwax still in them.

When I gave them to my grandson for Christmas they didn’t work. They had someone else’s name on them and the left ear bud didn’t work. Poor quality.

My AirPods was supposed to arrive today Wednesday June 29th but for reason they are delayed until July 5th

I bought these air pods refurbished. They lasted right at two months but the warranty is only for 30 days. Won’t buy refurbished again.

Unfortunately, I’ve bought multiple refurbished items from best-buy but this product did not work at all. I had to return and buy the new in the book item.

Item came defective took a long time to get refund seemed very used

refurbished = not working after 31 days. Just long enough that it says no longer returnable.

Just buy new!! Had 60 days and the day after they are not returnable they will not hold a charge!!!
