Dirty, Missing Ear Tips, and just gross

When we received these we opened the packaging to put the item together. This did only come with two "sets" of ear tips. The reason sets is in qoutes is because we received four total, but not two sets. The tips were also still having ear wax on them, which is very gross. We did try to pair these to the phone, but if you want something for Android try something else.

Be aware when you buy refurbished products and make sure you check those because once they stop working you are on your own. In this case I had to trash it only after 2 months of purchase.

Case battery went out not even a year later

There is a defect in this headset

Poor battery life

Should’ve just bought Raycons.
