I ordered these AirPods as a gift & the left airpod sounds like they are under water

Product stopped working after 32 days and Best Buy told me I was just out of luck.

Stopped working after a month going to try and see if apple can fix them

Product arrive not functioning even after charging and troubleshooting.

It was dirty and missing pieces not recomended took forever to arrrive

These never worked as good as the older models. Really disappointed

the battery drains in one hour. not recommend to buy refurnished.

Paid 165 for AirPods without a working case I’m disappointed

Headphones were dirty inside and missing a ear bud …

honestly they’re great but i have to readjust them way more often than the original airpods, maybe it’s a me problem idk. i do know that the noise cancellation is scary good and same with the transparency mode, it doesn’t even sound like anything is in my ear

Works really well to this day!!!! Will continue to buy refurbished products. I appreciate the assistants that help me save a few bucks everyone is so friendly and professional. Refurbished products are just like new, no complaints here.

I bought these on sale so price was great. I was super skeptical about getting a pair and them not working and not including the earths and cable (only led to believe this because of the some bad reviews). Both pods work perfectly and the case has no scratches and charges as it should. only thing to fix is charge them so a person does not get their AirPods and then have to wait and see if the work or not. Super happy!!! Thank you BestBuy!

Great sound, comfortable and definitely worth the money.

Ngl for a price like this and quality there for sure worth it they cane in a box that was so convenient to open up and easy to set up but the main flaw was the charging cable doesn’t work

For my first pair of AirPods I decided to try the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished ones and they did not disappoint for quite a while! The sound was clear and loud, the battery lasted a long time (depending on use), and there were no connectivity issues. But EVENTUALLY they started acting up with the little light that shows you whether it needs to be charged or not, so once that happened I purchased brand new AirPods that weren’t refurbished. But I still recommend trying some refurbished ones especially if you want to save some money, it’s worth it.

They are good the only problem i have with them is that the charging case stopped charging my airpods after 3 years

I deeply regret paying $200 for these headphones. They are very comfortable and the noise cancellation and transparency modes worked great… for about 3 months and then the left one started crackling when either mode was on. I do not treat them roughly and I really use the right one more, so I don’t understand what happened. Well no problem, I’ve only had them for three months so they are under warranty. They sent me a replacement left AirPod right away and charged my credit card $100 until they get the old one back, releasing the charge upon receipt. So they work great until another 4 months go by, and then the left one starts crackling AGAIN. Basically, these are disposable headphones that cost $200+ effing dollars. Will think twice next time about buying Apple headphones.

Great AirPods! Way better than the first generations and the "refurbished" was just an open box return.
