The airpods sound nice and are good to like workout

Already had some before and they worked great! The battery does die kind of quickly however but I’ve had them for I think around 2 years now

Came in a big box AirPods where open when delivered and out the AirPod box

Love these,was questioning them at first because they’re refurbished BUT I’ve now bought two pairs. First pair was immaculate and the second set was almost perfect. The second set was missing the medium ear tips but luckily my wife wears the small. Very happy with these.

Dissatisfied with this product. If you are refurbishing/ making sure a product works, maybe try cleaning them a bit so that the customer doesn't receive some with brown earwax all over them!!!! Also may be smart to double check if the charging cord is in the box before you send it out. In the process of trying to figure out what to do about the missing cord I found that it has gone down another $20! So I have started a return and order a new pair at the cheaper price. Fingers crossed they package it right this time and maybe clean the product???? That would be nice. There are lots of scratches all over the outside of the case but honestly that would happen anyways after a few weeks of my using it. I am ok with that if I am getting a used product for a cheaper price. This sort of wear is acceptable

It is really good item yes i use it 100% real thing and the charger it’s really good

I purchase these earbuds for my Grandson & He loves the, good quality sound & is working well 4 Him. I was kinda weary of them because they were refurbished, they seem to be working very well.

Convenience but not durable. My right earbud got static if I am on phone or using by itself only. Did not know that you can bring to Apple within 3 years for a replacement.

Got these as a gift and they turned out to be fakes. I didn't realize for almost 6 months because they're good dupes but Apple has confirmed that they're not real. Someone must have given them fakes but I'm super disappointed that Best Buy would let fakes get through.

I want to be clear, this is a review of Geek Squad, not of the airpod pros... They are fantastic and amazing products. Geek squad on the other hand... well read my review. There's a two things wrong here... 1) These airpods were not even reset and showed up as Andrea's Airpods during initial pairing... 2) they were broken. The Left earbud's speaker cracked and sounded like snow (on tv for those who are old enough to remember what that sounded like). If they were actually refurbished... they would have reset them by clearing the name and also determined that they didn't work as intended. Best Buy, you've lost my business for this shabby attempt to repackage a broken item. Oh and by the way, they are trying to get me to pay return shipping... HA!

Got my renewed AirPod Pro yesterday and it was terrible! The product obviously had not been repaired because the right AirPod made a cracking sound. I expected more from BestBuy but I will return these and order new ones directly from Apple.

I didn't expect the product to come in perfect condition but at least expected it to fully function. I don't believe saving $10 is worth having an an earbud blown out. The squeaking and popping is obnoxious.

I purchased this AirPods Pro refurbished by Geeksquad on March 22, 2020. The right pod stopped working first week of June. Right after it passed 2 months mark for return or exchange. $219 for 2 months usage. I expected better from BestBuy and Apple.

JUST GREAT, NO complaints working just like NEW,NO issues JUST GOOD SOUND
