Didn’t notice any difference buying certified refurbished as opposed to brand new. Great option to help save some money.

I was using Dre beatsx . They messed up just out of warranty. Apple couldn’t do nothing . I went I had a head and bought a dress for this pair of the same brand refurbished pair of the same brand but then I decided I’m not going to go through the trouble again so I got the AirPods I was never big on the design but they really work great with the phone my only complaint is you have to set up each side for a specific command for each AirPod otherwise set each side for Siri and use it to do everything he needs to do . Bought it refurbished so it wasn’t too bad of a deal

Love the first gen I would buy the newest version but if you don’t care about water resistance this earbuds will blow your mind.

Have my own and loved them so much I decided to get my brother some for Christmas! Great quality and buying refurbished and cheaper and same quality.

Love them...if you try them you won't go back to the cord, or keep an eye out for the next best wireless ear piece. As usual, Apple knocks it out of the park!

It's simply the most convenient wireless earphone out there. Sound quality is pretty decent as well considering the size and form factor.

I bought Geek open box apple iPod to save some money. I found this an excellent decision as there is nothing to differentiate it from new one.

I use them fore the gym and everyday listening, love them. Never had issues with connectivity or falling out like I had with other fully wireless buds.

Purchased for a Christmas gift because no more "new" versions available. I have purchased refurbished items in the past and have generally had good luck with them. I expected these to have the same settings as if they left the factory for the same OOB experience. They may have made the box look nice but they didn't wipe out the device settings so when it paired with the phone, it still had the name of the previous owner... Simple step that I would expect Geek Squad to resolve in the future.
