The product is great, better than expected and syncs with all apple products easily and seems to know when you are using one versus the other. I also use it as the best cell phone earpiece I have ever had. Only reason for 4 v. 5 stars is that the first order took forever and then was cancelled, The second order came quickly with a quality (like new) product.

Works as it is expected to and is reasonably priced.

I’ve tried various models of Bluetooth headphones and they all lack in various aspects. These by far have been the most pleasant experience when paired with my iPhone. I was hesitant to try these since historically apple headphones(wired) have not been a comfortable fit.

I bought these Apple Air Pods refurbished and there has been no issues so far. Apple Air Pods are ridiculously easy to setup and operate with only 2 taps on the side for every function. Sometimes there's a delay in connecting when receiving a call and putting the pods in to answer, but nothing worth worrying about.

Refurbished items come with a full warranty. If something goes wrong they'll repair it or replace it - often with a new device that is not refurbished. You get a price break and all the value of the original. No downsides.

So I bought these refurbished and was concerned with the quality of this product but boy was I wrong I love my AirPods and haven’t wore my beats headphones in months... they are well worth the price and stay in my ear while working out what more could I ask for

The looks got me, but I expected a little more battery life. I'm using it for work and it won't last on my ear for more than 4 hours. I have to recharge afterwards. I hope there's more battery life like the other headsets. Make sure you have the charger/dock with you when you move around.

Although it was refurbished I have not had any issues with this product! I was afraid that after a couple of months there would be issues such as battery life but they seem to be working just fine and I use them practically every day.

Bought these as an open box and they looked great. I made sure they worked and put them away for a Christmas present. I will update if I have to. These are supposed to be the best earphones for Apple users so I bought them for my daughter, who has the Apple Iphone 8 plus.

Bought 2 sets, one for each of my teenage sons. One had an iphone the other an android. Headphones work great with both products, no complaints from either of them on performance. Highly recommend the refurbished to save money

Airpods are great and useful. On the Samsung S8 there is a free app you can get to tell you the battery life and connectivity updates. My only beef, and maybe this is a product of purchasing refurbished ones, I'm not as impressed with the battery life as I thought I'd be.

Gift for hubby and he loves it, since he is often in overseas and signal is not so great that he needs to find perfect location for the phone, we can still talk loud and clear even he is far from his cellphone. His coworker been asking about it and bought the same.
