I bought the refurbished Apple's AirPods thinking it would save me a few bucks for a product that has been repaired and tested to meet the quality standard of brand new AirPods. However, I was disappointed when I found out the left side AirPods is broken out of the box. It made this very loud crackling noise everytime I put it in my left ear. Needless to say, I returned the product to BestBuy and am happy to report the good experience in returning it for a full refund without problem.

Bought a refurbished pair since I lost my first pair and I didn't want to break the bank paying 160$. The refurbished pair had things that were not working. The case itself dies after one day even if I barely use it. Having to constantly charge the case is annoying. The double tap feature on both the AirPods do not work at all as well as the sensor of when it is actually in your ear.

I still have these and they work fine overall. But the microphones have given out, so I can only use them for music/streaming etc at this point.

The overall packaging and physical appearance of the airpods is great. No damage, the original wire and instruction was still in the package. However, it randomly keeps disconnecting, even the battery is fully charged. Sometimes, individually when I pull out each air pod, there's a red "!" mark icon that appears and results to that air pod not working. I have to put it back inside and pull it out and only then does it work. I would not recommend buying a refub. 1st gen. airpod.

My daughter loves them but the right one stoped working after 4 months. Geek squad was great replacing them, we shall see if the new ones last longer

I love the AirPods. But after some time I guess due to the earwax some always stops working. Now apple has Warranty on the.

Very very disappointed in this. They look to be very used, case has lots of scratches. This will be the last time i will ever buy refurbished items from Best Buy. If i wanted a very used item i would have checked eBay. Packing was extremely poor as well and the bag had been ripped open. Quick shipping was the ONLY good thing about this transaction. I will need to return these.

This device is small, compact, and easy to store. They're barely visible to others. You can either use one or both, it's your choice.

I wouldn't suggest anybody to buy anything refurbished my AirPods worked for literally a single day and immediately stopped connecting to all my devices.On top of waiting for shipping to receive a preused item you have to wait just as long to receive an item thats actually working.

Do not buy refurbished AirPods. Bought these and would only get about 15mins airtime or it’ll keep cutting out. I thought it was normal until everybody I asked about their AirPods said they do not have those issues.

Wasn’t as good as I thought they’d be but they are very useful and discreet.

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished product from Best Buy. The head phone were struggling to stay connected and sometimes shock me. Then at times when I would talk on the people would say I sound like I’m far away from the phone. I would have to disconnect and reconnect the EarPods for it to work.

Only lasted 3 hours on a single charge. Disappointed in it

As with anything Certified Refurbished. Especially Apple Airpods, you get what you pay for. Down the road and several months later, connection problems occurred. GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!

I ordered refurbished AirPods by accident. When I opened them they were not clean and still were named "Mark". For the little $ you're saving I WOULD NOT recommend getting refurbished AirPods

I enjoy the Apple product but too pricey, so I ordered these refurbished ones instead. When they arrived, the Left earbud would not charge at all. After all night (and then some) in the fully charged case, the Right earbud is now at 100%; but the Left is at 11%. I plan to return it this week.

When I received the AirPods and you flipped open the case it would feel very loose, also when you connected it and started to play something the right earbud would be sounds weird at times.
